Product Description

Enhance the functionality of HIOS BLG-BC2 series screwdrivers with this simplified I/O control box that integrates with external switches, warning lamps and buzzers. Increase assembly speed and accuracy by providing visual and audible feedback to the operator.

Connect external switches, warning lamps and warning buzzers (purchased separately)
Operations can be coordinated via PC – no preparation of a program like PLC controls is required
Control driver operation based on specific parameters – ie. disable screwdriver if work piece is not set
Requires BLG-BC2-3012 cable to connect BLG-BC2 drivers
