Shipping & Returns

  • To provide the best customer experience, we do not sell items that are not currently in stock at our warehouse in San Luis Obispo, California.

  • Items with no remaining inventory will be listed as 'out of stock' and unavailable for purchase.

  • We currently do not accept orders for products not listed on our website. If there is a product you think we should be carrying, please let us know at contact@drpd.cc!

Free Domestic Shipping over $100
  • Free domestic shipping applies to the continental United States only.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and US territories qualify for free shipping on orders over $150.

  • Orders that ship via free shipping will utilize the most economical shipping method.

Free Shipping for Canada & Mexico over $300
  • This offer applies to Canada and Mexico only.

  • Orders that ship via free shipping will utilize the most economical shipping method.

International Shipping - Customs & Duties Notices
  • International orders may be subject to additional taxes and/or customs duties prior to delivery. Please check your local import laws for more details prior to placing an order.

  • The recipient is responsible for local taxes and/or customs duties or any related fees.

  • Shipments that are declined by the recipient due to import related fees will not be refunded any shipping costs.

Turnaround
  • Most orders for in-stock items placed before 11am PST will ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after 11am PST or not on a business day will ship the next business day.

  • If your order contains items that are not currently in-stock, we will contact you as soon as possible for available options. Please note that estimated back-in-stock dates are subject to change.

Returns
  • To start a return, please complete the Returns Form and email it to returns@drpd.cc. After we receive this form, we will send you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your returned package.

  • Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition. Undamaged original packaging must be included along with all complete packaging materials.

  • Returned items must be received by DRPD.cc within 45 days of your delivery date.

  • A pre-paid return shipping label can be provided to you. Indicate if you would like a shipping label on your RMA Form. Please note that a $9.99 return label fee will be deducted from your refund when using this option. Additional fees may be levied when returning heavy and/or oversized items.

  • You are welcome to use your own shipping method if you do not want to use our pre-paid return shipping label. We do, however, strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number with delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit.

  • Please notethat in the case of partial returns, DRPD.cc reserves the right to void any applicable discounts and the customer may be liable to pay the full advertised price.

International Returns
  • We are unable to offer pre-paid return labels for international return shipment. We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number with delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit.

  • Please ensure this message is clearly visible on the exterior of the package and related customs documentation: "Returned Goods - Failed Sale". If this message is not included, we reserve the right to refuse the delivery.

  • Refunds on international returns will include only the amount paid for items to DRDP.cc and do not include refunding duties, taxes and fees. These will need to be reclaimed from your local customs office.

  • Please notethat in the case of partial returns, DRPD.cc reserves the right to void any applicable discounts and the customer may be liable to pay the full advertised price.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an item appears to have been damaged in shipping, is defective, or does not match the item ordered on your receipt, we will accept these items returned at our expense.

  • In these cases, we will issue a free return shipping label via email.

  • For international orders, or if for any reason a return label is not available, we will reimburse your return expenses provided that your shipping method has been approved by us in advance.
